"All good until you need something from the office like Certificate of insurance. I called with intend to ask for document, but I was met with ignorant staff, then I got same treatment from office manager. With normal insurance company thing are automated and I can get all documents from the website, but not with State Farm - they are in 20th century were they manually have to created one, and staff will go long way to refuse to do it."
